工(gong)农业(ye)车(che)辆喷(pen)漆废液环(huan)境治(zhi)理(li)建设工(goꦍng)程配套活性碳吸附饱和后可用热空气脱附再生。再生后活性碳重新投入使用,通过控制脱附过程流量可将有机废气浓度浓缩10-15倍,脱附气流经催化床的燃烧机装置加热至300℃左右,在催化剂作用下起燃,催化燃烧过程净化效率可达97%以上,燃烧后生成CO和HO并挥发出过多熱量𒐪,该熱量经由离子液体熔化床内的热互换器1要素用来高温脱附出的高氧浓度有机废气,还1要素高温房间外来的暖空气做特异性碳脱附混合气体采用。
